Experience Behind the Work

I’ve spent more than 15 years working across marketing, sales, communications, digital, customer experience, events, and technology.

My career has largely been built in businesses where marketing has to work in the real world: multiple locations, different audiences, competing priorities, operational constraints, and customers who expect the experience to match what the brand promised.

That experience shapes how I approach marketing today.

OTG Management

Director of Marketing & Communications

At OTG, I lead marketing and communications across a large portfolio of restaurants, markets, and food halls in airports throughout the U.S.

My work spans enterprise marketing strategy, brand, digital, CRM, loyalty, paid media, customer experience, communications, PR, creative, events, media, analytics, and marketing technology.

I work closely with executive leadership as well as operations, technology, culinary, commercial, and airport teams. That has given me experience solving marketing problems that rarely belong to marketing alone.

My work has also included introducing new marketing technology, building more useful customer and performance reporting, applying AI to marketing workflows, improving digital performance, and creating more consistent ways to manage local marketing and reputation.

D&D London

Director of Sales & Marketing

At D&D London, sales and marketing were closely connected.

I led teams and programs across digital marketing, partnerships, events, content, email, customer engagement, and sales. Marketing decisions were made with commercial performance in mind, which gave me a strong understanding of how marketing can directly support demand and revenue.

The role also reinforced something I still believe: marketing works better when sales and marketing are solving the same problem rather than operating as separate functions.

Patina Restaurant Group

Marketing Manager

Managing marketing across multiple Patina venues taught me how to work with a portfolio of brands without treating every location the same.

Each venue had its own audience, personality, seasonal needs, events, and commercial priorities. My role included annual planning, digital marketing, partnerships, promotions, local campaigns, and customer experience.

It was an early lesson in balancing brand consistency with local relevance, something that continues to inform my work with multi-location businesses.

Hard Rock International

Sales, Events & Marketing Manager

Hard Rock is where many of the different parts of my marketing background first came together.

My work crossed sales, events, CRM, email, social media, partnerships, experiential marketing, and customer acquisition. It taught me how a global brand becomes meaningful at the local level and how marketing, sales, and the actual customer experience need to support one another.

It also gave me a strong commercial foundation. Marketing wasn’t separate from revenue. It was part of how we generated it.

The common thread

My career has been concentrated in hospitality, but what I’ve learned applies well beyond it.

I know how to market businesses with multiple locations, multiple audiences, complicated customer journeys, operational realities, and a lot of people who need to work together.

More importantly, I know how to get into a business, understand what’s actually happening, and figure out where marketing can make a difference.
